Meet our team

Meet the dedicated leaders guiding the mission and vision of Let Them Bee Foundation. Together, they help ensure our organization remains focused on advocacy, support, education, and creating positive change in the communities we serve

Cassie Earles

Executive Director/Founder

I created this Foundation from my own journey through trauma, loss, and healing with one goal: to ensure every person feels seen, heard, and understood. I believe our experiences can become a source of strength, hope, and purpose, and I'm passionate about creating a supportive community where healing, advocacy, and compassion come together.

I'm honored to lead this mission and help make a positive difference, one story at a time.

Wendy

President

Hi! I’m Wendy Reimers.

I’ve been married to Jason for 15 years (we’ve been together for 20!), and we have six kids and two grandsons who bring us so much joy. We’ve also got two dogs who definitely keep things interesting.

I love hanging out with my family, getting crafty, and going on motorcycle rides with my husband. I’m really passionate about helping others, especially veterans, through the American Legion Riders.

I joined the Let It Bee Foundation because I truly care about supporting families dealing with domestic violence and mental health challenges. I believe in creating safe, caring spaces where people can start to heal and find hope.

Alison

Vice President

Hello all

My name is Alison. I am British by birth but also hold Canadian citizenship.

I started my career in hotel and catering then moved to nursing where my specialty was hospice, palliative care and vigil watch. Once I hurt my back I switched to IT.

I currently work as a group Operations manager/management consultant.

I am excited to join this project as I have survived multiple things and am an excellent listener. Let's go on this journey together.
